Thanksgiving 2019 Class Schedule


With Thankgsiving fast approaching, here's the schedule for classes next week so you can plan your workouts accordingly. In the meantime, be sure to go for new turkey, mashed potato, & pumpkin pie consumption PR's, as well as ample naps to prepare yourself for success! Normal daily schedule unless otherwise specified below:

  • Tuesday 26 November - 6AM WOD / 12PM WOD / 430PM WOD / 530PM WOD / 630PM WOD / 730PM Barbell Club

  • Wednesday 27 November - 6AM WOD / 12PM WOD / 430PM WOD / 530PM WOD

  • Thursday 28 November (Thanksgiving) - No Classes!

  • Friday 29 November - 10AM WOD

  • Saturday 30 November - 8AM WOD / 10AM WOD / 11AM Barbell Club
